• Twilio — to deliver your ticket QR via WhatsApp
• Cloudinary — for image hosting (event banners, profile photos)
• MongoDB Atlas — our cloud database provider
• Event Organizers / Venue Staff — booking, attendee, check-in, reservation, and bill-payment information needed to provide the service
• Professional Advisers / Authorities — where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, or protection of rights

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Booking, payment, settlement, invoice, and check-in records may be retained for at least 3 years, or longer where tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal obligations require it. Support and security records are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Vibe District uses browser local storage and similar technologies to maintain your login session, remember preferences, secure the platform, and provide core functionality. If analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

We use industry-standard practices including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, signed JWT tokens, and HMAC-verified payment signatures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

Some records cannot be immediately deleted where retention is required for completed transactions, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
