Welcome to Vibe District. By accessing or using our platform at vibedistrict.in, creating an account, or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About vibedistrict

Vibe District is a live entertainment, ticketing, and venue-services platform based in Hyderabad, India. We connect event-goers with live music events, pubs, and nightlife experiences, and provide tools for ticket booking, dine-in reservations, song requests, dedications, discounts, and food bill payments. Events, venue services, and offers are supplied by independent organizers and venues unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to create an account or transact on Vibe District. Individual events and venues may impose a higher minimum age. You must carry acceptable government-issued photo identification when required.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report unauthorized use.
• One person may not hold multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits or policies.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Ticket Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking confirmation or ticket.
• Ticket availability and prices may change until payment is completed.
• All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
• Tickets are issued as QR codes linked to your account and mobile number.
• Do not share your QR code. The first valid scan may be treated as use of the ticket.
• Tickets may not be copied, resold, commercially transferred, or used in promotions without written approval.
• Quantity limits, attendee-name requirements, and event-specific conditions shown during booking form part of these Terms.

5. Entry and Venue Rules

• Admission remains subject to ticket validation, identity or age checks, capacity, security screening, and venue rules.
• Guests may be denied entry or removed for intoxication, unsafe or abusive conduct, prohibited items, dress-code violations, or failure to follow lawful staff instructions.
• Late entry, re-entry, seating, lineup, performance times, and permitted items are controlled by the organizer or venue.
• Unless prohibited by law, denial of entry for violating disclosed rules does not entitle the guest to a refund.
• Attend events and consume food or alcohol responsibly and at your own risk.

6. Dine-in Reservations and Booking Credit

• A dine-in booking amount or cover charge secures the selected reservation and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The amount is redeemable only as credit against an eligible food and drinks bill paid through the Vibe District app after check-in.
• No cash redemption, transfer, carry-forward, or credit applies when the guest is absent or pays outside the app.
• Arrival windows, party size, table availability, minimum spend, discount caps, and venue-specific terms shown at booking apply.
• Venues may release a table if the guest arrives outside the stated grace period.

7. Discounts and In-app Bill Payment

• Offers may be subject to host-venue approval, check-in, same-day use, minimum bill, maximum discount, excluded items, taxes, service charges, and other displayed conditions.
• The percentage shown may apply only to eligible food and drinks and may not apply to taxes, tips, cover charges, or excluded products.
• You must verify the bill amount, applied discount, booking credit, and final payable amount before confirming payment.
• A declined, expired, or unapproved offer cannot be claimed against the venue or Vibe District.

8. Payments

All payments are processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms. Vibe District does not store complete card or banking credentials. The full price, including any applicable taxes or disclosed fees, is shown before confirmation.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content (song requests, dedications, etc.)
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Misuse the QR code system or attempt to forge tickets
• Harass organizers, performers, venue staff, guests, or other users
• Submit fraudulent bookings, payment disputes, reviews, requests, or claims

10. Event Changes and Platform Role

Organizers and venues are responsible for event descriptions, schedules, lineups, entry policies, services, and fulfilment. They may make reasonable changes or cancel an event. Vibe District may facilitate notices and support but does not control an independent organizer's or venue's operations. Remedies for cancellation or postponement are governed by the Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on vibedistrict — including the logo, design, code, and written content — is the property of vibedistrict or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

vibedistrict is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that events listed will meet your expectations. Attendance at events is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vibedistrict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at events, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Vibe District against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the platform, breach of these Terms, ticket fraud, or infringement of another person's rights.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
